We apologise that we are still only able to offer a restricted level of service. However, as national restrictions are eased, we are gradually opening up to visitors and service users and hope to be fully operational very soon.

LJMC services status

Drop-in centre: This is now open. However, in order to maintain social distancing, we may need to limit the number of people in the centre at one time. If you are unable to wait, we are happy to call you at your convenience. Alternatively, you can call the Helpline which is staffed from Monday-Friday (9.30am-4.30pm): 020 3826 2555.
If you have any questions, or just want to talk to someone, the team is here to help.
We will respond to messages left on the answerphone but please be patient as we are still very short-staffed.

Counselling: Appointments are being conducted over the telephone and by video.

Complementary therapy: One-to-one touch therapies and relaxation classes have been suspended. However, we are offering guided relaxation telephone appointments and distance reiki. Also see our page on relaxation resources.

Benefits advice: You can continue to call the Helpline or the Macmillan Support Line (see below). Click here for further information.

Look Good Feel Better: Sessions are suspended but online services are available.

Headwear workshops: Face-to-face workshops now running at the LJMC every month.

We regret we are unable to confirm when other services will resume and thank you for your patience at this time.
