Sometimes, unless you ask for help, people may assume you are managing on your own. We all need help now and then so don't be afraid to ask - it could make all the difference to you.

As well as the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre itself, there are many sources of help and information, some of which are listed below.

Skin Camouflage Service

Contact for a list of clinics in your local area. Patients must be referred by a healthcare professional. [This service was formerly run by the Red Cross]

SCaRF: Skin Cancer Research Fund

Funds research into all types of skin cancer. Produces information about skin cancer and sun protection.
