Sometimes, unless you ask for help, people may assume you are managing on your own. We all need help now and then so don't be afraid to ask - it could make all the difference to you.
As well as the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre itself, there are many sources of help and information, some of which are listed below.
Supports action against male cancers. Aims to increase awareness and funds research into male cancers (diagnosis, prevention and treatment). Leaflets on testicular cancer and prostate cancer are available.
Organisation overseeing the rules and regulations of fertility services. Provides information about sperm banking. For details about sperm banking, contact your oncologist.
Provides awareness information on male cancers and self-awareness. Also provides educational resources.
Produces and provides patient information leaflets (there is a small cost).
