Sometimes, unless you ask for help, people may assume you are managing on your own. We all need help now and then so don't be afraid to ask - it could make all the difference to you.

As well as the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre itself, there are many sources of help, some of which are listed below.

Disfigurement Guidance Centre

Advice, support and practical help for patients.

MARCS Line - Melanoma and Related Cancers of the Skin

Skin cancer information service for patients, families, health professionals and the public. Provides information on skin cancer as well as on prevention and sun protection.

Skin Camouflage Service

Contact for a list of clinics in your local area. Patients must be referred by a healthcare professional.

Skin Cancer Research Fund

Funds research into all types of skin cancer. Produces information about skin cancer and sun protection.
