Sometimes, unless you ask for help, people may assume you are managing on your own. We all need help now and then so don't be afraid to ask - it could make all the difference to you.
As well as the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre itself, there are many sources of help, some of which are listed below.
Supports action against male cancers. Aims to increase awareness and funds research into male cancers (diagnosis, prevention and treatment). Leaflets on testicular cancer and prostate cancer are available.
Provides awareness information on male cancers and self-awareness. Also provides educational resources.
A charity providing information and support to prostate cancer patients and their families as well as to healthcare professionals.
National support group for men and families affected by prostate cancer. Provides help, support and information.
Raises money for research into the treatment and understanding of prostate cancer.
A charity promoting and providing information on current research into prostate cancer.
