Sometimes, unless you ask for help, people may assume you are managing on your own. We all need help now and then so don't be afraid to ask - it could make all the difference to you.

As well as the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre itself, there are many sources of help and information, some of which are listed below.

The Prostate Cancer Charity

A charity providing information and support to prostate cancer patients and their families as well as to healthcare professionals.

Prostate Cancer Network

National support group for men and families affected by prostate cancer. Provides help, support and information.

Prostate Cancer Research Centre

Raises money for research into the treatment and understanding of prostate cancer.

Prostate Action

Funds research and education. Provides information. Support groups.
