Sometimes, unless you ask for help, people may assume you are managing on your own. We all need help now and then so don't be afraid to ask - it could make all the difference to you.
As well as the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre itself, there are many sources of help, some of which are listed below.
Helpline and website providing information about local bereavement services for children.
Offers a listening and signposting service for the bereaved.
Bereavement support for children aged 3-18 years in Bedfordshire.
Bereaved parents provide support for other parents and siblings after the death of a child.
Support and counselling for children and teenagers who have been affected by cancer. Specialist play therapy for children of primary school age.

The Family Support Team offers bereavement support depending on the individual's personal needs and includes family, group and one-to-one support.
