Over the next few months, Lee Higley is undertaking a series of cycle rides round Britain.
He'll be covering 3,000 miles - that's 20 miles a day (at the same time as holding down a job!). He deserves your support!!!

James Heywood is taking part in the Ironman Switzerland which will take place in Zurich on 25th July 2010. Please support him as he tackles one of the greatest personal endurances challenges:

Dave Tierney has 'persuaded' members of his family and friends to undertake a sponsored walk in Devon. Starting on 29th July, they will set off from Torquay and walk the coastal path to Lyme Regis - a distance of nearly 50 miles.
This endeavour is part of the fundraising activities being organised by the Windsor & Uxbridge, Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffalos, Grand Lodge of England. The LJMC has been chosen by Provincial Grand Primo as his special charity this year.

Helen Fulcher plus five friends and family are taking on the English Channel, swimming to France.
They've booked a pilot boat for the first week in August and welcome your support.

Walking Tour of the sites for the London Olympics
Saturday 11th September
Blue Badge tourist guide, Sonya Grist, will lead you along the industrial Lower River Lea valley to the Olympic Park. From the viewing point you will be able to see the Olympic Statium site and other 2012 venues. You will hear about plans for the construction as well as for the future of the site after 2012.
Tour starts at 10.30am (lasts approx 2 hours)
We will meet in the Tesco car park opposite Bromley-by-Bow station.
