Forthcoming Events
In February 2010, David Stern and Clive Newman climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of the LJMC reaching Uhuru Point - 5,895m and the highest point in Africa.
It was a gruelling and demanding trek which has already been recognised by their friends and family who have sponsored them to the tune of more than £15,000.
Congratulations to both of you and thank you for choosing to support the LJMC in this way.

David and Clive undertook this trek with Charity Challenge, the UK's leading adventure travel company specialising exclusively in the organisation, leadership and administration of inspirational fundraising expeditions.

Would you like to swim a marathon?
Or maybe just a part of a marathon?
Lesley Ferguson and friends are planning to swim a marathon (26 miles) in aid of the LJMC. This will take place on Sunday 28th March 2010 at Highgrove Pool, Ruislip.
Everyone's welcome to come along and swim part of the distance - the more the merrier!

Monday 29th March: Grand Easter Egg Draw takes place at 1.00pm at the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre. Tickets are available from Sue Hordyj (01923 844589).
Over the next few months, Lee Higley is undertaking a series of cycle rides round Britain. He'll be covering 3,000 miles - that's 20 miles a day (at the same time as holding down a job!). He deserves your support!!! Please visit his fundraising page.

On 5th June, David Barrett is taking part in his first ever Triathlon at Blenheim Palace in support of a friend who is currently undergoing treatment at Mount Vernon Hospital. You can support David through his fundraising page.

James Heywood is taking part in the Ironman Switzerland which will take place in Zurich on 25th July 2010. Please support him as he tackles one of the greatest personal endurances challenges:
