Benefits Advice

Advice on Benefits is offered in the Drop-in Centre at the LJMC.

It is not necessary to make an appointment for this service. However, the Benefits Advisor is not in the centre every day so we recommend that you call the Telephone Helpline to check her availability before making a special trip.

If you are unable to visit the LJMC in person, please call the Telephone Helpline and they will make arrangements for the Benefits Advisor to call you.

Employment Advice ACAS	Helpline: 0845 747 4747 (Mon-Fri: 08:00-18:00) For employers and employees who are involved in an employment dispute or are seeking information on employment rights and rules. The Helpline provides clear, confidential, independent and impartial advice to assist the caller in resolving issues in the workplace.
